The 2023 Shellharbour Game Fishing Presentation dinner was held on the 15th of July at Warilla Bowls Club with another fantastic attendance by friends, family and members alike. Close to $8,000 in vouchers and prizes was won by financial members and juniors as part of the free lucky door raffle. 

 

Stealing the show, Cooper Burley (junior - fishing on Sicario) receiving multiple trophies from Champion junior female angler to Heaviest Marlin at 174.4kg, claiming and Australian record in the process. Continuing with the young ones, the McDonough family (Jye, Cooper, Mason and Ruby + Dad) cleaned up most respective champion angler categories.

In addition to Cooper's momentous effort, Brayden Clarkson (fishing on Wet Dream) was presented with his fair share of trophies thanks to outstanding teamwork between himself and brother Jarrod fishing two-up for most of the season, securing a 441.6kg Tiger shark.
